- Exercise and stay fit
It is equally important to stay fit physically and mentally. Exercise every day or as regularly as possible. Similarly, try to keep your brain as fit as possible. Don’t waste time watching inane videos and TV. Instead, read and solve puzzles. It doesn’t mean over-burdening your brain all the time.
